Senior Pastor
John Seitz           
John came to Antioch in 2001. He and his wife Gail have 4 children. John received a Bachelor of Theology from Ozark Christian College, a Master’s Degree in Ministry from Cincinnati Christian University, and is currently working on a Doctorate in Leadership at Trinity Theological Seminary. He enjoys spending time with his family and participating in outdoor adventures such as hiking, camping, fishing and sports. John does not consider himself to be a theologian, but simply believes that we find the answers to life’s questions in the Word of God, the Bible. email
 
 
 
 
Discipleship Pastor
Brent Schulte 
Brent was raised in Granger, Iowa and joined the Antioch staff in October 2007. He and his wife, Renee, have been members of Antioch since moving to Cedar Rapids in 2001 and has served in the adult education, media and small group ministries.  Brent has a passion for “plugging people in”, helping people find their place to serve and small groups.  Prior to joining the staff, Brent served in the Air Force and worked as an Electrical Engineer for Rockwell Collins and Bell Helicopter. He enjoys traveling and day trips with his wife, reading, listening to music, photography and participating in sports.  email
 
 
 
 
 Worship Pastor
Luke McCoy
Luke has been leading worship at Antioch since 2006.  After graduating
from Ozark Christian College with a Bachelor of Biblical Literature and
interning at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY; Luke and his
wife Audrey moved to Marion. They have three children—Corban,Abigail
and Moriah. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Worship
Studies through LincolnChristianUniversity.  Luke likes to spend his free
time playing with his kids, fishing, hunting, and taking his wife out on
dates!
 

 
Youth Pastor
Jeremy Meyer
Jeremy began serving as Youth Pastor at Antioch in February 2008. In 2005, he graduated from Northwestern College in Roseville, MN with a Biblical and Theological Studies degree.  Jeremy is currently working on a Masters of Arts in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. Prior to coming to Antioch, he served as youth director for one year at United Parish in Coggon, IA where he began a community youth program known as Youth Getaway.  On March 1, 2008, Jeremy was married to Kimberly; and on May 15, 2009, their first child, Jackson James, was born.  His hobbies are playing any and all sports, reading Ted Dekker books, fitness, rooting for and crying over Iowa Hawkeye athletics, and eating his wife’s food.  email

Office Manager
Dolly Brown 
Dolly joined the Antioch office team in September 2008.   She and her husband, Nate, have two married sons and two grandsons, Ben & Aaron and a granddaughter, Abby.   Since they live Green Bay, there is a lot of missing the “grands”.  Two dogs, Lucy & Nitro, and two cats, Mouse & Howie keep the home front full of activity when the grands aren’t around, though.  Dolly & Nate are both Master Gardeners and avid hosta collectors.  She enjoys sitting on a mountain top soaking |in God’s wonder, reading, traveling, working on projects for Linn County Master Gardeners, and being with family and friends.     email
 
 

Pastoral Assistant
Kim Miller
Kim has been the Senior Pastor's Assistant since April of 2001. She has lived in the Cedar Rapids area most of her life.  She and her husband, Bob, are members of Antioch and have two sons, and a cat named Guy. She plays the saxophone, clarinet and cello.  She also enjoys camping, travel, scrapbooking, making candles, and spending time with her boys.  email

Ken Thompson
Ken has lived in Lisbon, Iowa for over 30 years. His home town is Oelwein, Iowa. He has been a member of Antioch since its beginning. He and his wife, Careece, helped start the church. Ken enjoys doing yard work, fishing, playing golf and working around the church building. He also loves airplanes and is a former pilot.
 

Elder
Tom Demorest
Tom grew up in Westerville, Ohio and joined the Air Force after high school. He later moved to Iowa and met his wife, Margaret. They started attending Antioch in 1984.  Tom and Margaret have two grown children, Dean and Kathleen, and are also proud grandparents. Tom likes to build automobiles and is a fan of NASCAR and drag racing.  He also enjoys fishing, (especially in Canada), hunting, and studying the Bible.
 

Elder
Joel Grandon
Joel was born and raised in Waterloo, Iowa and moved to Marion in 1986. He and his family started attending Antioch in that year. He and his wife, Luann, have two boys, Curtis and Kyle. Joel graduated from Hawkeye Institute of Technology in 1985 and Mt. Mercy College in 1989. When not working, he enjoys spending time with the family, camping, boating, hunting and enjoying the boys' activities.
